When Margaret commenced with Carter & Spencer in 1992, back then her working day involved mornings at the Brisbane Market section of S & W Carter & George Spencer, while her afternoons were spent working from the distribution facility, originally located in “L” block of the Brisbane Markets.

Margaret is an integral member of the Carter & Spencer Management Team, originally haling from a farming family in Mareeba, far North Queensland, Margaret completed secondary school in North Queensland before moving to Brisbane to complete her University studies. After completing her tertiary qualifications in accounting at QIT in Brisbane Margaret then undertook her professional year in a Chartered firm in Brisbane.

Margaret now heads up Carter & Spencer Group's Finance and Account team.
