1. Thoroughly wash all produce - soaking your fruit and veg in apple cider vinegar and water will help remove dirt and external pesticides.
2. Cut your produce to an appropriate size to fit your juicer.
3. Juice produce in no particular order and serve at room temperature as your body absorbs nutrients more effectively than when cold.
