Lemon & Blueberry Cheesecake Bliss Balls
Makes: 12 | Prep Time: 15 mins | Set Time: 1 hr
Drain soaked cashews.
In a food processor blitz all ingredients together until a rough dough is formed.
If the mixture is too dry to roll add a little water or lemon juice depending on taste.
If mixture is too wet add more almond meal or coconut flour. More or less maple syrup or sweetener can be added depending on your taste.
Roll into bite size balls and refrigerate for 1 hour.
