Flu busting Mandarin, Carrot, Turmeric and Ginger Juice

Ingredients

4 mandarins - peeled

2 carrots - washed and cut

3cm nob turmeric - alter to suit desired spice level

4cm nob ginger - add less if you don’t like spice

Optional:

Apple cider vinegar for soaking produce

Recipe Directions

1. Thoroughly wash all produce - soaking your fruit and veg in apple cider vinegar and water will help remove dirt and external pesticides.

2. Cut your produce to an appropriate size to fit your juicer.


3. Juice produce in no particular order and serve at room temperature as your body absorbs nutrients more effectively than when cold.
